Booking is incredibly seamless and direct. Browse our portfolio on the home page, select your desired Check-in and Check-out dates using the interactive calendar, input the number of guests, and click the 'Continue to WhatsApp' button. This generates a pre-filled message with your exact reservation details sent straight to our booking agents, who will confirm your stay and arrange secure payment instantly.
2. What are the standard check-in and check-out times?
Our standard check-in time is from 15:00 onwards, ensuring our professional housekeeping team has ample time to prepare the property to our luxury standards. Check-out is by 11:00. If your travel schedule requires an early check-in or late check-out, please reach out to our concierge via WhatsApp in advance. We will gladly accommodate your request if the booking schedule permits.
3. How do I receive the keys to the property?
We offer two convenient methods for key handover depending on the specific property. For ultimate convenience, many of our apartments feature secure smart-locks or automated keyboxes; you will receive a unique access code via WhatsApp 24 hours before your arrival. Alternatively, for our luxury villas and select downtown locations, a dedicated host will personally meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a brief tour.
4. Are there any hidden fees or extra charges?
Transparency is one of our core values. The nightly rate displayed includes all standard utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, fresh premium linens, and the final departure cleaning. The only additional charges you might incur are optional add-ons you explicitly request, such as airport transfers, private chefs, mid-stay cleanings, or specific pet fees. Any local city taxes will be clearly communicated before you finalize your booking.
5. What is your cancellation and refund policy?
We understand that travel plans can change. For most properties, we offer a full refund if the reservation is canceled at least 14 days prior to your check-in date. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are generally non-refundable. Please note that exact policies may vary slightly for highly-demanded holiday periods or exclusive villas, which will be specified during your booking confirmation.
6. Is there a minimum stay requirement?
To maintain our high standards of preparation and service, the majority of our properties require a minimum stay of 2 nights. During peak summer seasons in Durrës or major holidays in Tirana, this requirement may increase to 3 or 4 nights. If you are planning an extended visit, be sure to ask our agents about special discounted rates for weekly or monthly stays!
7. Are pets allowed in the properties?
We know that pets are part of the family! Many of our exclusive coastal villas and selected ground-floor apartments are entirely pet-friendly. When browsing our portfolio, simply check the 'Amenities' tags on the property to see if pets are allowed. Please inform our booking agents if you are traveling with an animal, as a small additional cleaning deposit may be required.
8. Is high-speed Wi-Fi and parking included?
Absolutely. Fast, reliable Wi-Fi is a standard amenity in 100% of our properties. Regarding parking: all of our villas include dedicated private parking. For our central Tirana apartments, if private parking is not attached to the building, we provide detailed instructions on the nearest secure, affordable public parking garages just steps away from your door.
9. Do you offer airport transfers or concierge services?
Yes, elevating your stay is our specialty. We can arrange premium VIP airport transfers from Tirana International Airport (TIA) directly to your property. Beyond transport, our concierge team can assist with booking local private tours, securing tables at highly-rated restaurants, or organizing daily housekeeping.
