By accessing our website and completing a booking through Select Stay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and users of our platform and properties.
A reservation is considered confirmed only when the required deposit or full payment has been received and acknowledged by our team. We accept secure payments via bank transfer and select online payment gateways. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed reservations will always be honored at the agreed rate.
Guests may receive a full refund if the reservation is canceled at least 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a 50% refund. Any cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date are strictly non-refundable.
Guests are expected to treat the property, its furnishings, and the surrounding neighborhood with respect. Smoking indoors and hosting unauthorized parties or events are strictly prohibited. The guest making the booking is financially responsible for any damages or missing items discovered after check-out.
Standard check-in time is from 15:00, and check-out is strictly by 11:00. Late check-outs must be requested in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in an additional day's charge, as our housekeeping team operates on a strict schedule.
Select Stay, its owners, and its employees are not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings that occur during your stay. Guests are encouraged to secure their own travel insurance prior to their trip.
